Donald Ross is currently the president of Production Systems, a role he assumed in May 2020, and is located in Houston, Texas. His previous positions within SLB include president, North America land; president, North America land production; GeoMarket manager, North America offshore; human resources manager, Reservoir Characterization Group; and vice president, completions for the Europe, Africa, and CIS Regions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ross held positions in line management, human resources, sales and marketing, technology development, and engineering in the United Kingdom, United States, France, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Indonesia, and Malaysia. His technical expertise includes engineering and project management for downhole reservoir monitoring and completions on land, offshore platform, and subsea projects, including integration, final installation, and commissioning. Mr. Ross joined SLB in 1997 as technical project engineer for the Asia Region. Mr. Ross holds positions on various industry boards, including the American Petroleum Institute (API) Upstream Committee, National Offshore Industry Association (NOIA), Centre for Offshore Safety (COS), and Oilfield Energy Centre (OEC).
