Ken Neikirk has served as senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Helix since May 1, 2019. Mr. Neikirk has more than 20 years of experience practicing law in the corporate and energy sectors and has been a member of Helix’s legal department since 2007, most recently serving as corporate counsel, compliance officer, and assistant secretary from February 2016 until April 2019. Mr. Neikirk oversees the company’s legal, human resources, and contracts and insurance functions. Prior to joining Helix, Mr. Neikirk was in private practice in New York and Houston. Mr. Neikirk holds a bachelor of arts degree from Duke University and a juris doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.
