A holistic strategy for optimizing your asset’s economic recovery
Subsea Services Alliance was created to deliver holistic subsea well intervention and decommissioning solutions. Our fully synchronized offering combines the best of the best in surface, subsea, and subsurface capabilities and experience from SLB and Helix to maximize economic recovery, reduce costs, and enhance safety at every stage of your operation.
From early engagement to incorporating lessons learned, a cycle of continuous improvement ensures the best possible outcomes.
By engaging with you early, we put you in the best position possible to build a compelling business case. We work closely with your reservoir performance team to provide you with all the resources and perspective you need to unlock the full potential of your project—from the very beginning.
We plan subsea well interventions by first collaboratively setting objectives. From this basis we can then select the most appropriate approach for deployment, access, and intervention technologies. The options are myriad, starting with rig-based operations or via our dedicated vessel fleet. This latter approach significantly lowers costs compared with using drilling rigs and gives Subsea Services Alliance the versatility to conduct rigless riser-based and riserless interventions, a wide variety of decommissioning operations, and life-of-field support.
We are proud to be far greater than the sum of our parts. From experienced and multiskilled crews to seamless project management and truly integrated procedures informed by real-time data, we have the people and processes in place to deliver genuine results against performance-based contracts and innovative new business models.
We’re here for the long run. Subsea Services Alliance measures the outcome of every aspect of operations to capture the learning achieved. This knowledge in turn informs future work to continually improve your subsea asset’s performance.
